Movement & Somatics

Horizontal Dreams

Somatic improvisation workshop with Pepa Ubera, where the body leads the way to new horizons.

Explores movement through guided scores, sensory awareness, and group improvisation — moving between individual exploration, partner work, and collective structures that build attention, listening, and responsiveness through the body.

Draws on scores from Pepa's project The Machine of Horizontal Dreams: moving with the eyes closed, moving with the organs, and exploring crescendo, individually and collectively. No dance experience required.
